The programme focused on the attitude change towards society and City. The first phase of the training programme consists of three modules i.e.\u00a0<strong>Understanding and fulfilling expectations,\u00a0Leading and Managing Change, Understanding your personal effectiveness.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9100 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/sgei.org\/2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/77add644438f91c97f4f9788eb5f6327.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"420\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sgei.org\/newsite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/77add644438f91c97f4f9788eb5f6327.png 628w, https:\/\/sgei.org\/newsite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/77add644438f91c97f4f9788eb5f6327-300x201.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 628px) 100vw, 628px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The pedagogy used for the training\u00a0<\/strong>the\u00a0<strong>programme was\u00a0<\/strong>Participatory, Experience Sharing, Cooperative Learning, Role Playing, Management games.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The resource person was\u00a0Dr Naveen Gupta<\/strong>, Behavioral Scientist, and Director HIMCS. The exercises used by Dr. Naveen to train the parshads were balloon activity, tennis ball exercise, and DUTA case study to help parshads understand continuous improvement and change is the need of our, teamwork, support and collaboration and full utilization of the potential of each member of the team is very important to give timely and effective results. They also learned the POLCA concept to understand management theory.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9097 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/sgei.org\/2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/d1abec81df4c8c65ff78d271b73be188.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"420\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sgei.org\/newsite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/d1abec81df4c8c65ff78d271b73be188.png 628w, https:\/\/sgei.org\/newsite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/d1abec81df4c8c65ff78d271b73be188-300x201.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 628px) 100vw, 628px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The parshads participated actively in the programme.
