<\/p>\nOne week induction program was to be conducted on 03 December 2020\u00a0for first year newcomers in Hindustan College of Science and Technology, the prestigious institute of the Group of Educational Institutions. The Induction Program has been conducted every year in all technical institutes from the year 2018 as per the instructions of AICTE.\u00a0\u00a0Due to Covid 19 first time induction program, is being conducted through online medium. The knowledge of society and relationship is also necessary for the students of engineering with technical knowledge.<\/p>\n
The Knowledge of human values is also very important to the students.\u00a0 The program was started with lamp lighting in front of Maa Saraswati by \u00a0the director of the institute, Dr.\u00a0 Rajiv Kumar Upadhyay and Shri Mukundlal recited\u00a0 \u00a0Saraswati Vandana.<\/p>\n
On the first day of the induction program, the first year coordinator, Dr.\u00a0 Suruchi told about the details of one week program and said that registration of students will be done on the first day and all students will be divided into groups.\u00a0 Students’ feedback will be taken at the end of the program.<\/p>\n
Physical activity of students will also be taken care of in this program.\u00a0 Yoga practice will be done through online mode to students at 7 am every day,Students are being trained by yoga Guru Sukhdev Singh of Singapore.<\/p>\n

Executive Vice President, Sharda Group Prof.\u00a0 VK Sharma, said that Sharda Group was established in 1996 and since then has been continuously making progress in the field of education.\u00a0Now the group’s institutions are spread from Agra – Mathura – Greater Noida to Uzbekistan.\u00a0\u00a0He also discussed the achievements of\u00a0 the students of the \u00a0group.<\/p>\n
The director of the institute, Dr. Rajiv Kumar Upadhyay, mentioned that different clubs are available in the institute. Students can join the club of their interest like sports, NCC, cultural programs, education etc.<\/p>\n
Referring to the placement of the institute, he said that many students of the institute are employed in well-known companies like Google, IBM.\u00a0 Microsoft, Infosys, TCS.\u00a0He said that 75 percent attendance will be mandatory for the students to appear in the university examination.\u00a0Since March 2020, it was not possible for the students to come to college, due to the pandemic the students can not come to the college so, the institute has started conducting online classes through Zoom.<\/p>\n
Every year many students of the institute got good\u00a0positions\u00a0in the GATE examinations which is essential to work in various PSUs in India.\u00a0 He said that the students will have to work hard in these four years to get campus placement.<\/p>\n

He told that when a new student comes to the institute, he comes with diverse ideas, different backgrounds and new preparation.\u00a0 This induction program will help the students to adjust in the new environment.<\/p>\n
Head of the Department of Humanities, Dr.\u00a0 Mamta Sharma explained the human values to the students.\u00a0 She said that students should take care of human values along with studies.<\/p>\n
The program was conducted by Mrs. Rupali Mahajan, Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication.\u00a0 At the end of the program, the vote of thanks was given by the Institute’s Assistant Dean Student Welfare Mr. Sandeep Aggarwal.\u00a0 During the program, Dr.\u00a0 Sandeep Aggarwal, Mr. Vijay Katta, Dr.\u00a0 Munish Khanna, Dr.\u00a0 Richa Kapoor, Mr. Anurag Vajpayee, Dr.\u00a0 Shankar Thakar, Mr. Ajay Sharma, Controller of Examinations Dr.\u00a0 R.\u00a0 K.\u00a0 Tiwari, Director of physical education, Dr.\u00a0 Rajesh Kaharwar, all faculty members and staff were present.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
