Programmea. Admission in the Engineering Courses shall be done through JEE-2021 AND Direct Admission against the Vacant Seats.
b. Admissions in MBA, MCA, B.Pharma and Architecture, shall be done through UPCET-2021 AND Direct Admission against the Vacant Seats.
c. Admission in BBA, BCA, Diploma shall be direct through the Institution.
75% of the seats are filled by the University through State Entrance Examination (SEE) & 10% through JEE - Mains counseling depending on the rank obtained by the student in JEE - Mains Counselling sessions for the same are called in 9 cities and announced in leading Newspapers by the University. Balance 15% seats are filled by the Colleges through Direct admissions as per AKTU guidelines, under the Management Quota. Any unfilled seats / lapsed seats (filled but not reported for joining) are also filled by the college after getting approval from the University.

Students seeking admission through the Management quota or against anticipated lapsed seats; (and meeting the eligibility criteria as stated above), may register with the Admission Cell along with a demand draft of Rs. 10,000/- drawn in favor of the College where admission is being sought, payable at Agra and appear in an assessment test and await their turn. The admission will be announced as per the laid down procedure, and you may require in touch with Admission Cell of the college for the same.
Lapsed seats are those where in the students who opted for a college during counseling and were offered admission by AKTU but did not join subsequently or withdrew, thereby creating vacant seats which are termed as "Lapsed Seats". Seats remaining vacant after University counseling in any category, (e.g. OBC/SC/ST etc.) are considered for General category students.These seats may be filled by subsequent counseling of AKTU or the University may authorize the college to fill up the seats, if counseling sessions are over in which case the procedure /eligibility of Management Quota seats applies.

(*) All scholarships to be continued in subsequent years only for those maintaining minimum 80% class attendance in the previous year (both the semesters). It is mandatory & will not be relaxed under any circumstances.
(**)The scholarship for 2nd year onward will be continued only if the scholar secures minimum eligible marks in the 1st years (or previous year/both semester) as mentioned above in minimum eligibility marks "criteria for continuation of scholarship" column (or more marks in aggregate) in each of the semester examinations, which determines his/her promotion to next higher class/year. In case of non fulfilment of minimum eligible marks criteria in 1st year I subsequent years the scholarship will be discontinued for the next year. A Scholarship once discontinued shall not be renewed or restored under any circumstances.
• Scholarships in B.Tech (CSE) will be granted to only 15% of the sanctioned student intake on 'first cum first serve' basis. For other branches this limit will be 25% of the sanctioned student intake.
Sharda Group of Institutions is pleased to announce the "ShardaVidushi" Girl's Scholarships Scheme for 200 meritorious Girl Students (on the first come first serve basis) with the objective of encouraging girls education in professional domains and recognizing and subsidizing the efforts of the parents in promoting higher education among girls in various professional disciplines, thus providing encouragement to meritorious girl students. The SVGS scheme shall be applicable for AnandCampus,_Agra, AEC only for the academic session 2021-22 and may be extended to further years. if the response is found encouraging.
The number of scholarships for 1st year shall be for 200 meritorious Girl Students across various disciplines of B.Tech courses and other U.G. 1 P.G. Courses on 'first come first serve' basis and shall be awarded to all such Girl Students who have secured percentage of marks/ grades as per criteria defined below; for the first 200 applicants.
A fee discount of Rs. 10,000/- per year shall be offered to all girls students of Anand Engineering College Technical Campus (other than B.Ed. 1 B.PEd) who have secured 60% or above marks in the qualifying exam e.g. 12th marks for Graduate courses and Graduation marks for P.G. courses.
The fee-structure for the session 2021-22 (applicable for newly admitted students), for the current courses offered at the SGI Colleges, has been decided as disclosed below, after taking into consideration the various suggestions and view points, and with the due approval of the Vice-Chairman:
