Advanced Technology in Automobiles and E-Vehicles
Hindustan College of Science and Technology, Mathura, a prestigious institute of Sharda Group and I.K. Automobiles, Jaipur jointly organized an online Workshop on ‘Advanced Technology in Automobiles and E-Vehicles’. Prof. VK Sharma, Executive Vice President of Sharda Group and Dr. Rajeev Kumar Upadhyay, Director of the Institute were the chief guest and guest of honour in this workshop. Mr. Kartik Mohal, Managing Director and Ujjwal Kumar and Vinay Goyal Training Head, UVIK Automobiles, Jaipur were the keynote speakers of the workshop. He threw light on advanced automobile and explained the technology of electrical vehicles in detail. As many as 95 participants took part in this workshop.
The Executive Vice President of Sharda Group, Prof. VK Sharma congratulated all the teachers of the Mechanical Department for successfully organizing the workshop and expressed hope that this workshop would be beneficial for all the participants. The Director of the Institute Dr. Rajiv Kumar Upadhyay, while addressing all the participants, apprised them that in future also such workshops will be organized in the College for the guidance and imparting knowledge among the students.
The Convener and Co-convener of this workshop were Dr. Puneet Mangala, the Head of the Mechanical Department and Dr. Nishant Kumar Singh respectively.
Dr. Puneet Mangla explained the purpose and quality of this workshop to the participants. He explained that an e-vehicle is a vehicle that uses more than one electric motor. An electric vehicle can be powered by electricity from off-vehicle sources through a collector system. Dr. Nishant Kumar Singh, while addressing all the participants, told the participants about the usefulness of this workshop. He also said that in today’s time when the sources of fuel are decreasing, at that time e-vehicle will prove to be a boon for the society. The workshop was compeered by Asst. Professor Shri Dilip Johri of the Department. All the teachers and students of the Mechanical Department were present in this workshop.
