Student Help Desk – The Student Help Desk is available by website at helpdesk.shardagroup.org and by phone available on website to answer a variety of questions related to computing services offered at UCR.
Help Desk phone hours are:

- Monday – Thursday: 7:30am to 10pm
- Friday: 7:30am to 8pm
- Saturday & Sunday: Noon to 5pm
- Closed on holidays
- Reduced hours during breaks and summer
