The Sharda group of institutions (SGI) has emerged as the largest educational group in Uttar Pradesh. It was established in 1996 with a vision to impart quality education and train the students with world class competencies and cutting edge proficiency. The learning experience at the campus equips the graduates with the ability to cope effectively with the demands and challenges of the continuously changing business and industrial world. The colleges under the SGI are located at 4 sites, on the Delhi - Agra Highway and Greater Noida. These colleges are Hindustan Institute of Dental Sciences (HIDS) and Hindustan Institute of Technology (HIT), situated at Greater Noida. The Hindustan College of Science and Technology (HCST) and Hindustan Institute of Management and Computer Studies (HIMCS) which are located at Mathura, Anand Engineering College (AEC) and BMAS Engineering College and Anand College of Education (ACE) situated in Agra. The SGI spends a large sum of money on books and has well managed fully furnished libraries. Each college has a spacious library with huge collection of the latest books, journals, CD ROM's and microfilms.
