SGI Faculties :

• In SGI, the management has taken a decision to encourage the faculty to acquire higher degrees and modalities have been worked out for extending help, in financial term as well as in terms of production of workload, for those doing their Ph.D. while working here, and for deputing a few members of faculty every year with financial support, to IITs, IISc and the other institutes of repute.
• We are the highest paid faculty in the leading Universities.
• We are committed to help the faculty and the supporting staff in updating their knowledge and acquiring new skills in order to teach the students more effectively.
• We have brought all of our support staff under the Employees' Provident Fund Scheme. The management has also decided to implement the Medical and Group Insurance Scheme and Gratuity Scheme for the benefit of its employees.
