Today dentistry is successful in occupying a distinct sphere of its own in the vast expanse of medical world. For gaining practical knowledge, the students are furnished with a comprehensive dental clinic which is visited by approximately 60 patients regularly. Every modern dental requirement from specialized dental chairs with attachments that strictly follow DCI norms to sterilization area with autoclaves, hot air ovens, glass bead sterilizers are present. Special Equipments like O.P.A. equipment, orthopantomograph, model trimmer, double discs, micro motors and updated versions are made available to the students to get them a hands-on experience to learn. Other lab equipments like light cure equipment; ultrasonic, scalers and cyphalostat too enable the students to handle these instruments with precision and expertise. The cream of the whole program lies in the internship assistance given to students to expose and grooming them to address practical issues in a more professional manner.
